About Us
The Nomads Golf Association is a Bucks County based
organization that will give the average golfer an excellent opportunity
to enjoy the feeling of "country club membership" without paying the
accompanying high costs. Members will play competitive golf on a regular
basis while enjoying the camaraderie associated with being a club
member. It is our feeling that there are too few opportunities for the
average golfer to hone their skills in a fun, competitive yet affordable
environment.
The association is open to all amateur golfers regardless of ability, as
all events are played with a handicap. We have chosen some of the
regions finest courses to host our events. The majority of our outings
are held on Sunday's, with a few held on weekday afternoons. Every event
involves some type of competition, as well as having a stroke-play low
net and closest to the pin contests at each outing. Throughout the
season, players collect points for wins in order to qualify for the
season-ending participation drawing. At seasons end, we crown a NGA
stroke-play champion (two-flights) & a Match-Play champion. Each year we
compete in two (2) Ryder Cup styled competitions against similar golf
clubs.
As an added feature, we maintain a "Hole-In-One Fund" to reward the
member that hits that perfect shot at one of our outings.
Unlike some "golf clubs without real-estate", membership dues remains
well below $100 per year.
The NOMADS GOLF ASSOCIATION is officially recognized by the USGA as a
golf club without real estate. This means that all our events are
governed by USGA rules, and our club has formal by-laws. All of this
allows us to issue official handicaps which are a requirement for
participating in club events.
Each member will be issued an official
USGA-GHIN handicap furnished
through the Keystone Public Golf Association.

We are an active Pennsylvania Golf Association playing Bucks County
Golf Courses, Montgomery County Golf Courses, Delaware County Golf
Courses, Lehigh County Golf Courses, Berks County
Golf Courses, Lancaster County Golf Courses, also New Jersey Golf
courses, Delaware Golf Courses, Maryland Golf Courses and added trips to
South Carolina Golf Courses and North Carolina Golf Courses

THE KEYSTONE PREMIER GOLF ASSOCIATION OF PENNSYLVANIA
The Keystone's Premier Golf Association (KPGA) is
a USGA State Authorized Golf Association, licensed by the USGA to
provide Course Rating and Handicap Services. The KPGA is a statewide
organization created in April 1990 to provide public, semi-private and
private courses and players access to golf services and information. The
KPGA conducts handicap seminars, rules seminars, course rating seminars
and tournaments. In addition we can assist with rules interpretation and
with issues concerning amateur status. With the founding of the KPGA,
golfers were provided with an organization to represent their interests.
Its member clubs are spread across the state of Pennsylvania. The
purpose of this site is to provide as much information as possible to
Association members. The mission of the Association is simple . . . to
preserve, protect and promote the game of golf. Every KPGA activity is
designed to do just that.
